DENSITY SORTING

GOSAG DENSIMETRIC TABLES

Equipment for dry separation of two materials with different real density. High and efficient performance.

https://allgaiermogensen.es/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/Allgaier-GSort-2.png
OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Densimetric separation by dry route is obtained on an inclined treatment base and equipped with vibratory movement. The permeable base is crossed by an ascending air current, obtaining a double effect on the material to be treated.

Lower density products float without contact with the base and slide to the bottom thanks to the slope inclination.

The higher density products are in contact with the base and are pushed to the top thanks to the vibration.

The greater the difference in density of the products, the broader the granulometric ranges achievements during treatment.

ALLGAIER MOGENSEN has a testing plant available to all customers to carry out tests that guarantee the desired performances, efficiencies and capacities.

SIZE SORTING

MOGENSEN SIZERS

Equipment for the classification of all types of bulk materials by vibration. Its multi-deck design achieves reliable and accurate separations with low power consumption.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

The MOGENSEN sizer uses up to 6 meshes staggered by levels, allowing to obtain up to 7 different products depending on the granulometric curve. The meshes are mounted on a metal structure with variable vibrations according to amplitude and shape, depending on the classification to be made.

Mesh lights progressively decrease from top to bottom as their slope increases. This allows for a quick vertical flow of the material through the fabrics, thus achieving high capacities.
In addition, the blinding and wear caused by conventional sizers, where a thick layer of material slowly advances along the entire length of the mesh, are considerably reduced. In this way, MOGENSEN screens are able to successfully treat fine, wet, sticky products, etc.

FINE SORTING

ALLGAIER SCREENERS

Sorting / screening of bulk materials in all industrial sectors. Classification systems with the highest level of technology for fine and ultra-fine products.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

When adjusting the machine for the material being screened, an individually defined, three-dimensional eccentric motion pattern with a radial and tangential inclination is set.

While the tumbler screening machine is running, its radial inclination ensures that the material being screened moves from the center of the screen outwards, while its tangential inclination makes the material move in circular fashion on the screen. The interaction between the two resulting forces makes the particles being screened move in a spiral pattern on the screen fabric, ensuring that the particles stay a long time on the screen. This, in turn, enables the machine to achieve an optimum level of grading accuracy with respect to the particle size ranges while simultaneously minimizing oversize and fines contamination.

SANDWASHING PROCESSES

GOSAG SANDWASHING PLANTS

Equipment developed to wash sands and recover most of the water used in these processes.

DISTRIBUTION PLANT FOR INSTALLATION OF CLASSIFICATION AND WASHING OF NATURAL AGGREGATES.

Structure of a washing plant:

1. Collection of the all-in-one via hopper with flow regulation through a feeder.
2. Separation and washing of the different particle size fractions in irrigated sizers.
3. Collection of the gravel and other fractions, by means of tapes or directly between walls underneath the sizer.
4. Washing and draining of the sand pulp and water passing through the lower sizer mesh. The best way to carry out this washing step is via a hydrocyclone with drainer. The result is, on the one hand, the washed and drained sand and, on the other, the dirty water resulting from the process.
5. Collection of the drained sand by means of a ribbon, generally rotating.
6. Clarification of the dirty clay water and filler in a decanter or clarifier with the help of a flocculant solution. There are two objectives in this stage: recovering as much water as possible in the process and concentrating the sludge produced to reduce the volume to be occupied in the storage basins, and/or optimize the size of the filter press.

WASHING GROUPS.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE

1. Water pulp and dirty sand feeding to the tank.
2. Pumping stage from the main tank to the cyclone.
3. Cycloning stage of the pulp (separation of sand and clay or filler).
4. Inlet of water and clay from the cyclone into the secondary tank for automatic regulation of the level of the main tank, using a buoy system.
5. Clean sand draining from the cyclone.
6. Outflow of water and clay or filler from the secondary tank to the settling.
7. Exit of the washed sand through a gutter towards storage.

DRUM DRIERS

ALLGAIER has expanded and perfected the use of drum dryers. The result is the creation of new models for combined processes, which are concentrated in a single unit and allow a more effective and economic use.

  • Drum dryers are built in single ferrule, double ferrule and triple ferrule versions.
  • This design ensures high performance without the need of large spaces.
  • Some special constructions also allow for combined processes.
  • MOZER Drum Driers are still being produced with the signature quality and high performance features.

OPTICAL SORTING

MSORT

Opto-electronic sorting equipment for removing foreign components from mixtures of materials that until now were impossible to sort, obtaining high-quality products and opening new markets.

https://allgaiermogensen.es/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/MSort.png
OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Through a vibrating feeder the material is fed as loose material in monolayer form to a ramp. Here, it is sped up and scanned across the entire work surface by one or two high-resolution linear color cameras as it falls. The scanned images are evaluated by a computer that works in parallel and, in a matter of milliseconds, compressed air valves act in a controlled way on the unwanted particles, rejecting them from the material flow.
