Distributing feeders are specially designed to spread and/or divide a single narrow material inflow into one or more separate flows distributed along the width of screening machines or densimetric separation equipment.

OPERATING PRINCIPLE

Using unbalanced motors fixed directly to the feeder’s frame, eliminating the requirement for mechanical couplings and transmissions, the feeders vibration distributes the incoming material among one, two, or three outlets (depending on the selected model).

This allows for the application of the full range of Mogensen screening machines or GSort densimetric separation. This ensures the use of the full width at Mogensen screening machines or GSort densimetric separation tables)

Feeder outlet distribution is also valid for other equipment, as screeners or belt conveyors.

CONTROL PARAMETERS

Depending on the model, material flow can either be fed into the feeders through a central vertical material flow (RV model) or a horizontal lateral feed (TMS model).

The material can then be distributed evenly to one or two equal outlets (RV model) or even asymmetrically distributed crosswise to up to three outlets (TMS model).

GOSAG RV

The Gosag RV is a vertical distributing feeder which distributes the incoming central material flow to one or two equal flow outlets over a greater distance.

With a capacity up to 1000 t/h, depending on the product density and granulometry, the RV offers low power consumption and is suitable for medium to high flow rates.

GOSAG TMS

The Gosag TMS is a horizontal distributor that distributes the incoming side located flow across one, two, or three flow outlets (placed at equal or bigger distances). With multiple outlet types available, the outlet flow can be adjusted as desired.

The TMS has a capacity up to 450 t/h, depending on the product density, granulometry and the angle of installation. It is suitable for low to medium flow rates.
